I do shopping classes to teach how to shop for supplies to make your own home remedies, cleaning supplies, healthier food choices( one of our top classes) and garden supplies for better health. I take you into the stores help you understand labels, organic vs regular produce, snack foods that are better for your kids and family, what to buy to make your own cleaning supplies, laundry soaps and dishwasher soaps if you are on a septic system…saves hundreds a year!!! what to plant in your flower gardens and vegetable gardens for better health. You can book your own class! If you book for a group of 5 individuals or 5 couples…You can come for free!!! All classes that you have taken gives you the chance to Audit a later class, just in case you need to brush up or renew what we went over, you just need to reserve a spot. When you book your class, fill out the form below and tell me how many in your group and what class you would like me to teach! The label ingredients are on line in our articles and so are the recipes!!!
Individuals are 40.00 per class, couples are 60.00 per class! Again, if you took one of our classes and need a brush up, you can audit a later class, just reserve your spot. You can Audit 1 time per class.
Classes are usually held at night…about 6:30pm and go until 10:00pm unless you’ve made previous arrangements for a private class.
