Voice Lessons
I am now taking Private and Group Voice Students for Winter/Spring Semester.
If you write and compose songs, you are required to join the local chapter of NSAI, 100.00/year. This will have you meeting once a month with a registered chapter of the Nashville Songwriters in orders to have lessons on song-writing and to be critiqued on your song-writing every month. You also have the opportunity to take classes from the famous and published songwriters in that genre and to be heard when performing your songs.
There are no other opportunities like this in Eastern Idaho, there is no other Talent Agency in Eastern Idaho that can get you in front of people like we do. This fall, we have had one person that was signed by a major label to launch not only her music, but also her clothing line and books. Another student was signed by a casting agent that works with Disney and is going to live in LA this summer to start filming…and I didn’t even teach last semester. Both of these signings came from my recommendations to my “Industry” friends.
Private lessons are from January 4th to the May 14 and are 77.00 per month, paid at the first of the month. The last 4 lessons are recording sessions for demo’s and mp3 clips. You will be taught basic vocal technique if you are a new student, if you are a returning student, you will be taught refresher classes on basic voice and recording techniques, stage presence and presentation. You will be given your own “Talent” page on our website in order to put your pictures and music clips, along with your stats so our associates can book or sign you from there. When you are critiqued, I will pass that critique on to you so you can learn and change in order to be signed. This is an intense lesson and recording schedule from the age of 14 years and up…Disney will sign minors…unless labeled up, the major labels will not sign a minor artist because of consent and parental or guardian issues, so we have one Manager that sends her talent to Disney. These will be private and closed lessons, there will be none others in the studio at the time of the lesson or recordings. You can sign up at any time and we will amortise the payments.
We also will be offering group classes for younger students from 9 to 14. This class will meet on Saturdays for one hour per lesson at 20.00 per month. There is a limit of 10 per class. These classes are designed to teach basic voice techniques and harmony.
All private students will be performing in different venues in Eastern Idaho.
We also have a discount program available if you recommend other students and they sign up or if you have more than one student in your household.
We will contract for this semester…this may be my last time teaching voice and the last time Eastern Idaho has this chance to be professionally auditioned and heard.

I am teaching Monday thru Thursdays, from 4:00pm to 7:30pm and Group Lessons are on Saturdays from 10:00am to 11:00am and from 11:30am to 12:30am. There are 10 required in each of these classes, so if there isn’t enough, that class will be canceled.
