10/7 Fruit Thin Diet
Lose 10 pounds in one week Jamba Diet!
This is really a cleanse diet that takes 7 days and helps you lose up to 10 pounds. Now, some of that weight may be water weight, but you can start with this weight loss and continue on with the 30 day cleanse and really lose some fat.
You’ll need to start exercising…So go to your doctor and get a physical before you start this. Most insurances will pay for a physical once a year, but it’s better to get checked out before you change your diet and get into an exercise routine, especially if you are already on medications. Most professional athletes do a hard workout for 90 minutes a day so I would suggest that you work a PACE program at the beginning…so you will do some extreme exercise for 1 minutes until you are out of breath, then rest 1 minute. You’ll do this for 8 different exercises…so you’ll be exercising for 8 minutes at first…you’ll be surprised at how fast your body will burn fat when it’s supraoxygenated! This program is what they use in Hospitals dealing with the obese to jumpstart their weight loss! It doesn’t matter what type of exercise you do, you can do jumprope, then push-ups, then run in place, then dance aerobics, kickboxing, yoga or weights.
Some other tips so you don’t get in a rut with your weight loss, make some simple swaps;
Whole fruit Smoothies instead of fruit juices, the fiber will help you lose weight and stay full longer.
Sweet Potatoes instead of White Potatoes…they have less starch then white potatoes, and if you forgo the brown sugar and put plain yogurt on them with a little sea salt and pepper, they are really good! Did you know that Texas Roadhouse will serve you sweet potatoes instead of white potatoes, and serve them to order?
White meat for Bologna, I’ve never been a fan of Bologna when you can get a turkey breast at a grocery store any time for about 10.00 and cut it thin and you’ll have a ton of meat for meals and it doesn’t have MSG in it, it’s cooked fresh, less fat (take the skin off before you roast it!) and cheaper!
Reduced-fat cottage cheese instead of Cream Cheese. I like to add some green olives for flavor!
Whole grain breads instead of white bread. Whole grains add fiber and nutrients to your diet!
Try whole grain cereal instead of sugary boxed cereal. Again, I’ve never been a fan of boxed cereal, unbelieveably, my kids have never been fans of boxed cereals either, they always perferred that I cook oatmeal for them every morning and add fresh fruit on the side with a glass of skim milk (6 oz).

Chicken, Spinach and Mushroom Salad
Ingredients:
2 eggs (hard-boiled and peeled)
4 boneless Skinless chicken Breast Halves
1 cup All Fruit Pomegranate Paradise
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
¼ Sea Salt
1/8 fresh ground pepper
8 cups loosely packed torn fresh spinach
1 (8oz) pkg. (3 cups) sliced fresh mushrooms
Directions
Slice boiled eggs.
Pound chicken breast halves between plastic or wax paper with meat mallet or rolling pin until slightly flattened.
Place breast halves in large resealable food storage plastic bag (like a gallon ziplock bag). Add ¼ cup of Pomegranate Paradise as a marinade and seal the bag. Turn the bag to coat the chicken. Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes to marinate.
Remove chicken from bag; discard marinade. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat until hot. Add chicken; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook 8 to 12 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear, turning once.
While chicken is cooking, in a large bowl, toss spinach with ½ cup of remaining Pomegranate Paradise Jamba. Divide evenly onto serving plates. Top with mushrooms. Cut each chicken breast half into 1/2-inch slices; place over mushrooms. Drizzle each salad with 1 Tablespoon remaining Pomegranate Paradise Jamba. Garnish each with sliced eggs.
