This diet is meant for a more gentle cleanse, so it is not an all-fruit diet, there is added proteins and fats as well…

The way this works is…

You should have Jamba Juice All Fruit Smoothies in the morning for breakfast, 16oz with base ingredients as Lemon juice and strawberries…no added yogurt or sherbet. Remember that you can asked to replace those dairy ingredients with whole fruit instead.

You will need Carrot Juice in the mid-morning and mid-afternoon as snacks.

You can take that from the Jamba Menu as well…

For your evening meal you will be choosing from the 30 meal menus that we have provided.

Again, we are not really counting calories, but we are cleansing…so we have kept the menu to those things that are easily digested by the system as well as nutritious.

All Jamba Sizes should be 16 0z size.

You can ask to have sherbet taken out or you can have them put a serving of  Soymilk with 2 scoops of ice to cut the calories and protein count.

Also a note: For parents looking for better treats and snacks for their kids…

Did you know that you can take anything from the above menu, without the dairy added, put it in a Power Size, take it home. Get out a cookie sheet and cover the bottom with wax paper, pour the Jamba onto the wax paper and put that in your oven at a low heat for 4 to 6 hours. This makes a wonderful Fruit Leather.   You don’t have much to clean up, it’s a healthy treat for your kids and Jamba does all the work!

The Yogurt and Fruit Blends I recommend for Breakfasts when you are not in the mood for their Steel cut oats…if you want your kids to have a really good breakfast, with probiotics and fiber, I would suggest taking the steel cut oats, buying a large Yogurt and Fruit Blend, buying the Steel Cut Oats in the small size and putting into the large container (they will do that), and then adding the yogurt blends instead of the toppers…just for variety…it gives you added toppings and flavors to your breakfasts, and added probiotics as well as the fiber to the oats!

Did you know that you can also add your Jamba Juice onto whole Wheat Pancakes for a healthier syrup???

You’ll need to go to the store and buy …

Steel Cut Oats

Old Fashioned Oats

Silk Vanilla Soymilk

Blend the Steel Cut Oats and Old Fashioned Oats till they are half and half.

for a small batch:

take a slow cook liner and put it in so you don’t have so much to clean up!

put 2 cups of the mixed Steel Cut and Old Fashioned Oats in the slow-cooker that has been lined.

pour in 4 1/2 cups of Vanilla Soymilk

add a dash of sea salt.

Put on low for 8 hours

Its ready to eat!!!

I buy fresh bananas and line the counter with glass jars of dried fruit and “The Original SugarBlend” so the kids can have a Breakfast Bar before they head to school!
